TS EN ISO 9001:2015

TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 is a document covering the conditions that an organization’s quality management system must meet.
This is a management system document that aims to continuously improve the system and increase customer satisfaction by effectively implementing the system, including processes, when the customer needs to demonstrate the ability to regularly provide the product that meets the requirements of the applicable legislation.
The main purpose of ISO 9001-holder organizations to have this certificate is to ensure the satisfaction of the customers served. In order to achieve this, all the duties and responsibilities required within the organization, the strategies to be followed and the steps to be taken are specified in ISO 9001. In this context, the standard enables organizations to continuously develop and improve their performance, making it possible to prove the quality of its service to its customers and stakeholders.

  • The failure rate decreases in the works carried out within the institution and the business performance can be increased continuously.
  • Determining the customer needs correctly and fulfill this need in the most suitable way; Thus, customer satisfaction, one of the most important goals of ISO 9001, can be achieved.
  • The division of labor within the organization can be adjusted in the most efficient way thus employees can be included in more processes.
  • Employees’ performances can be more accurately monitored.
  • The regularity required in a quality management system is one step closer.
  • The approach of the workers to the system is positively changed.
  • Quality management system of the company has been registered by an internationally recognized organization.

TS EN ISO 3834-2

TS EN ISO 3834-2 is a system standart prepared for welded manifacturing companies in order to determine the appropriate quality conditions based on the fusion welding method in metals.
“Welded manufacturing enterprises mainly use one of two welding methods: fusion welding or solid state welding. In the melting welding method, the two parts to be joined are sometimes melted with the help of additional metal.
performed. Arc welding as an example. In the solid state welding method, heat or pressure is used to ensure the joining. However, in this method, there is no melting in the main part and no additional metal is used. For example, hammer welding (or blacksmith welding) or diffusion welding is such.”

“ISO 3834 Welded Manufacturing Qualification Management System standard is a system standard prepared by the International Standards Organization in order to determine the appropriate quality conditions on the basis of the fusion welding method of the manufacturing companies in welded metals. This standard is related to the quality conditions of the products that can be affected by the processes related to the welding and welding that can be applied in the manufacturing sector. Melting welding technology is used in the production of many materials in the manufacturing sector. A significant part if the production processes in the enterprises is composed of manufacturing works. Therefore, control processes should be prepared.

ISO 3834 standard is a quality and as a result of the quality systems, the quality of the welding production must be ensured. Quality control of a product that is essential should be provided at the production stage, not after the process is completed. Otherwise, the operation may suffer serious losses.”

TS EN 1090-2

TS EN 1090-2 standard is a standard covering steel structures and applications, aiming to keep the safety performance of the buildings at the desired level.
It is a harmonized standard in which the obligation of implementation is documented by the manufacturers of components and kits made of metal for structural use, with the CE mark on the agenda as a result of the publication of the European Construction Products Regulation.

EN 1090 standard, designed for steel and aluminum structural elements, came into force in 2014. As of this date, If steel and aluminum structural elements are to be marketed in European Union countries, or if these products fall within the scope of a harmonized European standard or European Technical Assessment, these products must be affixed with the CE mark. The main purpose of these standards is to ensure that the safety performance of the buildings is at the desired level. This set of standards covers steel structures and aluminum construction applications and is mainly divided into three parts:conformity assessments of bearing members, technical requirements for steel structures, and technical requirements for aluminum structures.

According to the scope of application, competence and performance difficulty within the document; It is classified as Execution Class 2, Execution Class 3 and Execution Class 4. Uskon Inc. has TS EN 1090-2 certificate at the highest level of Execution Class 4.
